NTPs use a foundational and bio-individual approach to functional, holistic nutrition to balance body chemistry and achieve optimal wellness. NTPs are equipped to support the body’s innate ability to heal by addressing the importance of nutrient-dense food, anatomy, and physiology, lifestyle choices, culinary wellness, client coaching, And how social and personal components influence health. I am trained to use a combination of professional tools to assess the unique needs of each client. One of the most powerful tools used in this process is the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ). The NAQ is a standardized questionnaire that enables me to analyze your symptoms to identify your nutritional needs and prioritize what areas of the body to support. This data empowers me to develop tailored, bio-individual plans that help you advance on your personalized path to optimal health and wellness.

Hi, my name is Anita Lin. I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
I have been focusing on a healthy diet for a long time; however, I did not achieve the health goal that I was expecting. I have been following a lot of “professional” health coaches, but it seems their health method is not working for me. I am still experiencing a painful period, dark spot on my face, low energy level, gas bloating, and weight gain. I do not understand why their diet is not working for me.
Finally, I chose to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Now I know why it is not working for me and find out there is a lot of false or misleading information in digital and physical environments.
At 39 years old, I had never felt that good before.
I do not need coffee to stay awake, sleep better, my skin is shining, I have no more gas bloating, and my hip bone does not hurt anymore (Thank god). I turned myself from Size 10 to Size 2 in 6 months by eating a customize healthy diet. Losing weight is just a bonus by eating a whole food diet.
There is no one-size-fits-all diet we can default to because every person is a unique organism with unique nutritional needs.
