Week 1 – We will review your health history, concerns, and goals and go over any questions you or I have. We will discuss your personalized need for any support of digestion, blood sugar balance, fatty acid balance, mineral status, hydration, and more. We will discuss a customized nutrition plan from the list of food.
Week 2 to 10 - To customize your meal plan, you must inform me what you eat and how you feel daily. I will need to monitor your body's reaction during this stage and make changes to the meal plan. Week 8 We will retake another Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire- 320 symptom burden questions to see how much your body has been changed by switching to the customized whole-food diet. Week 10 to 12 - I will continuously monitor your diet and body reaction daily but I will slowly add more food options to your meal plan. At this time, you should be able to feel the refresh of your body. And you will also know what food your body likes and how to eat to heal your body according to your body's instant reaction to food.
Weeks 1 through 12 – Weekly 30 to 60 minute coaching calls where we can discuss any roadblocks or struggles, so we can modify your meal plan to better achieve your health goals.
